These are the companies we use to run Loomduct. Each one only processes data on our instructions, under a data processing agreement. We keep the list short on purpose, and only the service subprocessors ever handle data about your visitors.
Service subprocessors
They run the Loomduct service and handle the analytics data of your visitors, as described in our Data processing agreement.

Servers, databases and file storage for the whole service.

Delivers the tracking script and passes analytics requests to our servers, without storing them.

Business operations
They help us run our business. They only handle data about our own account holders, such as email addresses and billing details, and never see your visitors’ data.

Sends account emails, such as sign-up verification, password reset and invitations.

Changes to this list
We will email you at least 7 days before we add or replace a service subprocessor. In an emergency, for example if a provider suddenly stops working or has a security problem, we may switch first and tell you as soon as we can. You can object within those 7 days, as explained in our Data processing agreement. The date at the top always shows the latest version of this list.
