Terms of service
Last updated October 10, 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and Loomduct when you use our website, dashboard and analytics service. Please read them. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
1. Who we are
Loomduct is run by Evangelos Yfantis, a sole trader based in Greece (“Loomduct”, “we”, “us”).
Email: legal@loomduct.com
We plan to move Loomduct into a company. When that happens, we will tell you by email, and the company will take over this agreement with the same terms.
2. Who can use Loomduct
Loomduct is made for businesses, organizations and professionals. You must be at least 18 years old. If you accept these terms for a company, you confirm you are allowed to do so, and “you” means that company.
3. Your account
- Give us correct information and keep it up to date.
- Keep your password safe. You are responsible for what happens in your account, including what your team members and API keys do.
- Tell us right away at legal@loomduct.com if you think someone has used your account without permission.
4. Free trial
New accounts get a 14-day free trial. You don’t need a card to start. If you don’t choose a paid plan by the end of the trial, we stop collecting new data and your account is paused. We delete a paused trial account and its data 30 days after the trial ends.
5. Plans, prices and payment
- Plans and prices are on our pricing page. Prices do not include VAT or other taxes, which we add where the law requires.
- You pay in advance, monthly or yearly. Usage above what your plan includes (for example extra events) is billed at the end of each month at the prices on the pricing page.
- Payments are handled by our payment provider. We don’t see or store your full card number.
- If a payment fails, we will email you. If it is still not paid after 14 days, we may pause your account until it is.
- We may change our prices. We will tell you at least 30 days before a new price applies to you, and it starts with your next billing period.
6. Cancelling and refunds
You can cancel any time in your settings. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, and then it stops. We don’t refund partial months or years, unless the law or our Data processing agreement requires it.
7. Your data and your visitors’ data
- You own the data you send to Loomduct. We only use it to run the service for you.
- For your visitors’ data, you are the controller and we are your processor under the GDPR. Our Data processing agreement is part of these terms and applies automatically.
- You are responsible for having a legal basis to track your visitors, for your own privacy notice, and for asking for consent where the law requires it, for example when you use persistent visitor ids or identify logged-in users.
- Do not send us special categories of personal data (such as health, religion or political views), payment card numbers, passwords, or data about children.
- You can export your data while your account is active. After your account is closed, we delete your data within 30 days, and from backups within 30 more days.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use Loomduct on sites or apps that break the law;
- try to break, overload or get around the limits and security of the service;
- copy, resell or reverse-engineer the service, unless we agreed to it in writing;
- use the service to send spam or harmful code.
If you break these rules, we may pause or close your account. Where we can, we will warn you first and give you a chance to fix it.
9. Our service
- We work hard to keep Loomduct running, fast and secure, but we can’t promise it will never be down. We don’t offer an uptime guarantee, except in a separate Enterprise agreement.
- Features marked “coming soon”, “beta” or similar may change or stop and are provided as they are.
- We may improve or change the service. If we remove a major feature you pay for, we will tell you at least 30 days in advance.
- We may stop offering Loomduct. If we do, we will tell you at least 60 days in advance, give you time to export your data, and refund any prepaid fees for the time left.
- Loomduct, its software, design and brand belong to us. If you send us feedback, we may use it freely.
10. Liability
- The service is provided “as is”. We don’t promise it will meet every need you have or be free of errors.
- We are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost profits, lost revenue or lost data, as far as the law allows.
- Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
- Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for intent or gross negligence.
- You will cover our costs if a third party makes a claim against us because of your sites, your data or how you use the service.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. For important changes, we will email you at least 30 days before they apply. If you don’t agree, you can cancel before then. If you keep using Loomduct after the changes apply, you accept them.
12. Other terms
- Neither of us is liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as major outages of our providers, natural disasters or war.
- If a court finds part of these terms invalid, the rest still applies.
- These terms, together with our Data processing agreement and any Enterprise agreement we sign with you, are the whole agreement between us.
13. Law and courts
Greek law applies to these terms. The courts of Heraklion, Greece, decide any dispute, unless the law gives you the right to go to a different court.
