Install with an AI agent

Let Claude Code, Cursor or another coding agent add Loomduct to your project.

A coding agent can find out how your site is built, pick the right install steps, and add Loomduct for you. You stay in control: the agent shows you its plan before it changes files.

Before you start

  • A coding agent that can edit files and run commands, like Claude Code, Cursor or Codex.
  • Your project token. In the Loomduct dashboard, open the project menu, select Project settings, then Copy project token.

Steps

Copy the prompt

Install with your AI agent

Add Loomduct analytics to this project. Follow the steps in https://loomduct.com/docs/install/ai-agent.md Ask me for the project token. Do not read .env files.

Paste it into your agent

Open your agent in the folder of your project and paste the prompt.

Give it the token and approve the plan

The agent asks for your project token and shows which files it will change. Paste the token, read the plan, and approve it.

Check that it worked

  1. Deploy the change and open your site in a new tab.
  2. Open your project in the dashboard. Your visit shows up as online now on the Overview.
