Read the overview
What the numbers, charts and cards on the Overview page show.
The Overview shows the traffic of a project for the period you pick. Bots are left out of every number.
Pick a period
Use the period picker at the top. You can pick Today, Yesterday, Last 7 days, Last 30 days, This month, Last month, Last 12 months or All time, or select two days in the calendar for your own range.
Periods follow the project's time zone. The charts show hours for periods up to 2 days, days up to 90 days, and months for longer periods.
The numbers

| Unique visitors | Visitors in the period, as a chart. Also shows how many are online now. |
| Pageviews | Page views in the period, as a chart. |
| Total visits | Visits (sessions) in the period. |
| Views per visit | Page views per visit. |
| Visit duration | How long a visit lasts on average. |
| Bounce rate | The share of visits with exactly one page view. |
Every number shows its change against the previous period of the same length, right before the one you picked. For bounce rate, a drop is good news.
Online now counts the visitors seen in the last 5 minutes. It updates every 10 seconds.

The cards
Each card shows the top 7 rows. Select Expand under a card to see and search the full list.

The numbers in the cards are unique visitors, except in Events, which counts events. Select a row to filter the whole page by it; see Filter your numbers.
Select Refresh at the top to load the newest numbers.
